Our founder, David Drummond, has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. In 1999, he started Drummond Adjusters Inc. which grew to become a well recognized firm with national and international clients. Drummond Adjusters Inc. was sold in 2008 to Brouwer Claims Canada.
At Brouwer Claims Canada David became a Regional Manager responsible for expansion in the central region market. After the acquisition of Brouwer Claims Canada by ClaimsPro in 2011, David again believed that there was an opportunity to create an innovative, client responsive adjusting company and Compass Insurance Adjusters is the result.
Today Compass Insurance Adjusters is a growing, multi-lines adjusting company focused on innovation, customer service and market expansion.
